Posting this late, but last week was bad...gained 1.6 pounds. I go in tonight for this week's weigh in (which is right after my Vegas trip) so not expecting much.
Basically, my mind has been set on starting fresh in February, and I think that makes it easier to cheat. I have been good in between all the bad, so this could have been way worse than it was. But anyway, January is almost over, then I will get more serious :-)
