Jenny Craig: Year 2 - Week Five

I rebooted my mind on February 1st, meaning that I have reaffirmed my commitment to losing weight. January has been busy (birthday dinners, Vegas, holiday party at work, etc). So that is why I picked February as a good starting point.

Well, seems to have worked! This week I lost 1.2 pounds! Which surprised me since this week still included some of my January exploits ;-)

In any case, my new year has now begun.
